I am finding it impossible to remove my personal info from my profile. Dozens of times I have tried to delete some info, click ”save cjhanges” and it does not do it. Now I must cancel subscription, and It will not accept that either. It keeps saying broken link.. Help. I must remove myself from this.

Do you have the same profile picture on your Facebook page? We think that you may want to change it there & see what happens or try to “break” your facebook connection and log back in without logging into facebook to see if this helps. Still to no avail. Avitar refuses to change even after changing facebook account avitar and log outs with log ins, cache clears. Go fig!
