A bit of a change this month for me from the norm, as I did my first ever Americas Cup Event with Team Korea in Naples, Italy.

I’ve recently taken a bit of a shift in what sailing I compete in this year. Since not qualifying for the Games, I took the move to get involved with the Cup. This allows me to broaden my sailing horizons as well as gaining new skills to bring back to my Olympic sailing for the next cycle.

So Naples was a fantastic experience, it was great to sail with a team against some of best names in sport on boats that are probably the fastest around an inshore course in the world. Read the rest of this entry →
