We are just under 6 weeks from the Olympic Games and I am in full swing with my final preparations for the big event. 

I just completed the Skandia Sail for Gold Regatta hosted at the Olympic Venue in Weymouth.  I just missed out on a podium finish, but overall we are very happy with how I sailed the event and we learned more about the Olympic Racing areas which was the main goal.

I am now back in the USA for a short break at home (1 week) then back to Weymouth for more training at the Olympic Venue.  Most of my time between now and the Olympics will be spent in Weymouth practicing and getting prepared for the Olympics.  Read the rest of this entry →
